***** Rajiv Narain Raina, J.(Oral) The petitioner is working as a JBT Teacher in Government Primary School, Kulwehri, Karnal. The dispute in the present petition is related to her transfer with which she is dissatisfied and has approached this Court for directions in her favour.

Learned State counsel on instructions from Yashin Mohd. Ali, Assistant, Office of Director of Elementary Education, submits that after the current drive of transfers of PRT/JBT teachers, in the second round of transfers and posting, the case of the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law as per the Teachers' Transfer Policy, 2016. The said assurance is taken as an undertaking to the Court. Learned counsel for the petitioner is satisfied with the arrangement to follow shortly on the submission made by the learned law officer.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of. In case the petitioner has any grievance as a result of the second round of transfers of Sonia Bura 2016.12.22 10:28 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document chandigarh
