Grievance of the petitioner-Committee is that State authorities intend to shift the bus-stand to another place in the outskirts of the city. According to counsel, proposed bus-stand being at distant place, commuters are likely to face difficulty on day today basis. The present bus-stand, being within the city, is easily accessible.

Learned State counsel at the outset submits that grievance of the petitioner-Committee would be examined by respondents no. 1 & 2 at the earliest, in any case not later than two months. In view of statement made by State counsel, petition is disposed of.
