 ** , &   This is a petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus for directing respondent nos.1 to 3 to protect the life and liberty of petitioners at the hands of respondents no.4 & 5, their friends and relatives and to ensure safety of the person and property of petitioners which is under threat at the hands of private respondents, their friends and relatives. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for petitioners wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to take recourse to the remedy available under law.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.  !
