P.C.') for seeking direction to official respondent No.2 for conducting fair and impartial inquiry under relevant provisions of IPC on the complaint dated 16.06.2023 (Annexure P-2) of petitioner. 2.

On advance receipt of petition, learned State counsel is causing appearance and on instructions from ASI Jaswinder Singh states that complaint filed by the petitioner is being looked into and if no action is warranted, law will take its own course. 3.
