Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that the issue requires to be adjudicated by the Punjab Educational Tribunal as the dispute being inter se the Management and the employee-petitioners, falls within its jurisdiction in terms of Section 7-A the Punjab Affiliated Colleges (Security of Service) Act, 1974 and therefore, pray that the case may be transferred. A similar CWP-5389-2017 is also pending with the Tribunal after its transfer. 2.

In view of the above and without commenting on merits of the case, the present petition is ordered to be transferred to the Educational Tribunal, Punjab, Mohali. Parties are directed to appear before it on 29.05.2025. 3.

Registry is directed to send the record of this case to the Tribunal forthwith.
