DEEPAK GUPTA , J.(Oral) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. is for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.268, dated 09.06.2018, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 201 and 120-B of IPC, registered at Police Station Dharuhera, Rewari.

Reply by way of affidavit of Shri Narender Kumar, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Bawal, District Rewari along with Annexures R-I to R-VI has been filed on behalf of respondent-State. Though, statement is made by learned State counsel that the petitioner has already joined the investigation, but it is contended that the petitioner is the main accused.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has already joined the investigation and for all the reasons as mentioned in the order dated 19.07.2023, the said order is hereby made absolute. However, he shall continue to join investigation, if and so required by the Investigating Officer.

Disposed of.
