**** Rajan Gupta, J. (Oral) Petitioner, in this petition, seeks release of payment for the work executed by him.

Learned State counsel, at the outset, submits that the sanction has been given for release of Rs.16,34,713/-. Same would be paid to the petitioner at the earliest, in any case, not later than 06 weeks. In view of the above, no cause of action survives in this petition.
