(ORAL) Learned State counsel at the outset, on instructions from ASI Gurmeet Singh, submits that nothing survives in the instant petition, which has been filed for issuance of directions to respondents No.4 to 6 to conduct fair and impartial investigation. Learned State counsel, on instructions, has submitted that in fact, not only has the challan been presented in the present case and charges framed, the trial is at the stage of recording of prosecution evidence. 2.
In the circumstances, no ground is made out for issuance of directions as prayed for.

The instant petition stands dismissed.
