The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking direction to respondents No. 2 and 3 to decide his representation/legal notice dated 25.06.2024 (Annexure P-6). 2.

The petitioner is claiming that he is eligible for the post of Constable in Technical and Support Services cadre. He was not issued appointment letter on account of FIR No. 432 dated 05.12.2019, under Sections 346, 365 of IPC registered against him at Police Station Sadar Mansa. The police after completing investigation has filed cancellation report.

Mr. C.S.Jattana, Advocate submits that grievance of the petitioner, at this stage, would be redressed if respondents are directed to PARAMJIT KAUR SAINI 2024.10.01 02:06 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
