*** AMOL RATTAN SINGH, J. (ORAL) By this petition the petitioners state that they are aggrieved of the alleged illegal sale of liquor by respondents no.4 to 8. In respect of their grievance they have made a representation/complaint to respondent no.2 herein, i.e. the Deputy Commissioner, Sonepat, on 04.05.2017, a copy of which is annexed as Annexure P-6, with this petition.

This petition is consequently disposed of with a direction to the said respondent to go into the complaint made by the petitioners and to take action, if any is warranted as per law, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. If the jurisdiction to deal with the issue is not with the Deputy Commissioner but with an officer of the States' Excise Department, the Deputy Commissioner shall immediately forthwith forward the complaint to the concerned officer of the Department of Excise and Taxation, Haryana, who would then take action as is warranted, within a period of one month SUNIL DEVI 2017.08.02 12:54 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
