The present application has been filed for placing on record the compromise dated 20.07.2023 as Annexure P-4 2.

Application is allowed as prayed for. Annexure P-4 is taken on record, subject to all just exceptions.

By virtue of said compromise, the petitioner No.1 and mother of petitioner No. 2 have agreed that as and when petitioner No. 2-minor girl with attain majority, they will happily get her married to petitioner No.1Gobind Singh. In compliance of order dated 08.08.2023, ASI Sarabjit Singh and lady Constable Gurpreet Kaur, have produced the petitioner No.2 and have submitted that, in fact, they had informed the learned Public Prosecutor but due to some inadvertent communication gap, learned Court or Illaqa Magistrate was not apprised of the fact that the minor girl had already been sent to Nari Niketan Jalandhar, by virtue of the orders dated 14.07.2023 and 26.07.2023 passed by this Court. 2.

However, in totality of the circumstances and the fact that the parties have resolved their disputes and the petitioner No.2-minor girl is in custody of her mother in accordance with the order dated 04.08.2023 passed by the Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Ferozepur, therefore, there is no threat perception as of now to the petitioners and nothing survives in the present petition.

In light of the above, the present petition stands dismissed. 4.

However, liberty is granted to the petitioners to approach the competent Court/Authorities, in case, any threat perception arises and the same shall be looked into, in accordance with law.
