Civil writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, inter-alia, for issuance of writ in the nature of Certiorari to quash the impugned office order dated 29.07.2016, whereby petitioner was relieved from the post of Member, Permanent Lok Adalat (Public Utility Services), for short 'PLA (PUS)' in the State of Punjab. 2.

Admittedly, the petitioner was appointed as Member on 30.05.2016 by respondent No.4.

Also matter of record that in view of the interim stay dated 22.09.2016, petitioner rejoined his duties w.e.f. 26.09.2016 and that arrangement has been ordered to continue from time to time. 3.

Both sides are ad-item that this petition be disposed off as having been rendered infructuous in terms of order of even date passed in CWP No.15808 of 2016-Inderjit Kaushik and others Vs. State of Punjab and others.

Ordered accordingly.
