**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J. (Oral) Perusal of record would show that notice of motion was issued on 31.05.2018. Respondent No.3 was directed to remain present in Court on the next date of hearing along with relevant record. On 05.02.2019, respondent No.3 was again directed to be present in Court along with the relevant record. It was noticed that as per the office report, notice could not be issued to the respondents for want of process fee. Fresh notices were issued to the respondents on filing of process fee within a week. Thereafter, the case was taken up on 02.03.2020, but none appeared on behalf of the petitioner on that day. Process fee was not filed. Liberty was granted to the petitioner to deposit the process fee within one week from AMANDEEP GOSAIN 2022.07.27 14:11 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document.
