**** AJAY KUMAR MITTAL, J. (Oral) The petitioner has approached this Court under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking quashing of the orders dated 04.07.2017 (Annexure P-2), passed by respondent No.3 and 08.03.2018 (Annexure P-4), passed by respondent No.1. Further, prayers for issuing direction to the respondent-authorities not to dispossess the petitioner from his sole residential house and also directing the respondent Bank to initiate the One Time Settlement (OTS) Scheme with the petitioner, have also been made.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that during the pendency of the present writ petition, the respondent - Bank has accepted the proposal submitted by the petitioner under the OTS Scheme. Accordingly, it was submitted that in view thereof, the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous and may be disposed of as such.
