Learned counsel for the State has produced in Court communication dated 10.2.2015 from Chief Secretary, Haryana stating therein that all the requisitions sent to the Haryana Staff Selection Commission for filling up the posts of various categories have been withdrawn.

Considering the aforesaid communication, learned counsel for the petitioner(s) submitted that prayer made in the present set of petitions has been rendered infructuous.
