(Oral) The petition has been filed seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to re-conduct the test for determining the extent of locomotor disability petitioner is suffering from which has been wrongly determined to be eight per cent, whereas his actual disability is forty-five per cent. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that grievance raised herein is pending for appropriate decision before the respondents. At this stage, the petitioner will be satisfied in case respondent no.1 is directed to decide the pending representation, dated 22.01.2025, Annexure P-6, in a specified period. 3.

Notice of motion.

Mr. Harish Rathee, Senior Deputy Advocate General, Haryana, accepts notice and submits that the pending representation shall be decided by respondent no.1 expeditiously.

In view thereof, without going into merits of the case, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent no.1/Additional Chief Secretary to Government of Haryana, Department of Health and Family Welfare, Medical PAYAL 2025.05.28 10:00 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment
