**** AJAY KUMAR MITTAL, J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner states that a notice dated 31st March, 2017 (Annexure P-6) was issued under Section 148 of the Income Tax Act, 1961 (in short 'the Act'), which has been replied by the petitioner by filing objections vide letter dated 04th July, 2017 (Annexure P-8). 2.

It was not disputed that on Annexure P-8, no order has been passed so far. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court again in case such objections are decided against the petitioner.

Dismissed as withdrawn. It shall, however, be open to the petitioner to take recourse to the remedies as may be available to it, in accordance with law.
