(ORAL) Feeling aggrieved against the impugned order dated 22.8.2016 (Annexures P-6) passed by the District Development and Panchayat Officer, Kapurthala-respondent No.2 and order dated 26.8.2016 (Annexure P-7) passed by the Block Development and Panchayat Officer, Suptanpur Lodhirespondent No.3, petitioner has approached this Court by way of present writ petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ in the nature of Certiorari, for quashing the impugned orders. During the course of hearing, it has transpired that petitioner has got an equally efficacious alternative remedy of appeal against the impugned orders. It is also not in dispute that petitioner has not availed his alternative remedy of appeal, before approaching this Court. Civil Writ Petition No. 19716 of 2016 Faced with the above, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail his remedy of appeal, at the first instance. Permission is granted.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. . However, it is directed that if the petitioner files an appropriate petition, including an appeal against the impugned orders (Annexure P-6 and P-7), the appellate/revisional authority shall consider and decide the same at an early date by passing an appropriate order thereon, strictly in accordance with law, but in any case within a period of one month from the date of receipt of appeal or revision on behalf of the petitioner.
