Seeking quashing/setting aside of the criminal complaint filed by respondent No.4 against the petitioner before respondent No.3 and further quashing of notice under Section 160 of Cr.P.c. dated 08.06.2024 issued to the petitioners thereby calling them in Police Station Nihal Singh wala District Moga in order to conduct the inquiry, the petitioner has come up before this Court under Section 482 Cr.P.C..

State counsel on instructions from ASI-Kewal Singh submits that the enquiry has been completed and the complaint has been consigned to record and as such, the petition has been rendered infructuous.
