Present petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short 'BNSS') for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.303 dated 22.4.2025, under Sections 351 (2), 3 (5), 115, 110 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, registered at Police Station Karnal City, District Karnal. 2.
On 23.5.2025, the following order was passed: 'CRM -21970-2025 This is an application filed under Rule 3-A(i) Chapter VI Part B, Vol V of the High Court Rules and Orders for grant of leave to file the present petition.
For the reasons mentioned in the application, same is allowed as prayed for.
Main case By way of present petition filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita 2023 (BNSS), the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR (Annexure P-1) as under: - FIR No.

CRM-M No.29021 of 2025 -22. It is, inter alia, contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. She contends that the petitioner has no concern with the allegations levelled in the FIR and even no specific overt act is attributed to the petitioner. She contends that the alleged injuries are not on the vital part of the body. Hence, the instant petition.

4. On the asking of the Court, Mr. Praveen Bhadu AAG, Haryana, present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the State-respondent and does not dispute the fact that the petitioner is not having any criminal antecedents. He prays for time to file the status report/reply in the matter.
5. Adjourned to 08.07.2025.
6. Needful be done well before the date fixed with an advance copy to the counsel opposite.

In the meanwhile, the petitioner is hereby directed to join investigation within seven days from today and in the event of his arrest, he is ordered to be released on interim bail on his furnishing personal/surety bonds to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer/Investigating Officer. He shall also abide by conditions as envisaged under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita 2023 (BNSS).
Investigating Officer (concerned) to remain present in Court along with relevant records on the date fixed.'

Learned State counsel, on instructions from SI Rajbir Singh, submits that pursuant to the order dated 23.5.2025, the petitioner has joined investigation and is no longer required for custodial interrogation. 4.
In view of the above, the instant petition is allowed. The interim order dated 23.5.2025, passed by this Court is made absolute, subject to the conditions as enumerated under Section 482(2) of BNSS. 5.
This order should not be treated as "blanket" order. It will not be read granting petitioner indefinite protection from arrest. It shall be confined to the FIR mentioned ibid and will not operate in respect of any other incident that involves commission of an offence.
CRM-M No.29021 of 2025 -36. Liberty is reserved in favour of State/complainant to move for cancellation/recall of this order in case the petitioner violates any condition stipulated under Section 482(2) of BNSS or upon showing any other sufficient cause.
