The matter is taken up for hearing through video conference due to COVID-19 situation.

After arguing for some time, realizing that the representations were made only on 17th September, 2020 and 1st October, 2020 and that there is a cross version case in the shape of DDR dated 24th September, 2020, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the present petition at this stage with liberty to pursue the matter with the police authorities.
