RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for issuance of directions to fairly conclude the investigation in case FIR No.156, dated 15.10.2021, under Sections 323, 342, 354-B, 34 IPC, registered at Police Station Kartarpur, District Jalandhar Rural. It has been submitted by counsel for the petitioner that FIR was registered on 15.10.2021 and thereafter for the reasons best known to it, the Investigating Agency is not proceeding with the investigation and hence the same is pending investigation till date.

Notice of motion.

On the asking of the Court, Ms.Sakshi Bakshi, AAG, Punjab, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the official respondents. Heard.

The petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a representation before respondent No.2, i.e. the Senior Superintendent of Police, Jalandhar Rural, District Jalandhar, within a week from today and if MEENU 2022.08.10 09:34 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment
