Mr. Anil Chawla, Advocate, counsel for respondents No.2 and 3, upon instructions from Shri Vipin Badar, Secretary, Market Committee Pataudi, submits that the order dated 28.07.2014, Annexure P-5 passed by Secretary-cum-Executive Officer, Market Committee, Pataudi is revisable under Section 40(3) of the Haryana Agricultural Produce Market Act, 1961, and a revision petition can be filed before the Government against impugned orders, Annexures P-1 to P-4, also.

Faced with the situation, Mr. Sameer Sachdeva, Advocate, counsel for the petitioner seeks and is granted permission to avail the remedy of filing revision petition(s).

In view of the above, writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file revision petition(s) and take all available pleas before the revisional authority.

In case, petitioner avails the remedy of revision(s) within a period of 60 days from today, the same shall be entertained and adjudicated on merits by the revisional authority.

Vide order dated 16.10.2014, this Court granted interim stay, subject to the condition that petitioner shall furnish a bank guarantee for the demanded amount with the Assessing Authority. Interim protection granted to the petitioner shall continue during the pendency of the revision petition(s). In case the bank guarantee furnished by the petitioner has expired, a fresh bank guarantee be given to the Assessing Authority and petitioner shall ensure that it remains valid throughout during the pendency of the revision petition(s).
