In the present writ petition, the petitioner is praying for issuance of writ, order or direction especially a writ in the nature of Certiorari quashing the recovery of Rs.1,57,248/- from the retiral benefits of the petitioner after his retirement on 31.10.2015 as well as re-fixation/reduction of pay after retirement and also quashing the impugned order dated 27.06.2016 (Annexure P-5) as well as impugned order dated 13.12.2012 (Annexure P-3) withdrawing the benefits of 9 years pay scale granted vide order dated 21.04.2004 (Annexure P-2).

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition is squarely covered by the judgment passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in CWP-24833-2019 decided on 15.10.2024 titled as "Amit Kumar Vs. The Punjab State Power Corporation Limited and others". 3.
