***** JASPAL SINGH, J By virtue of instant petition preferred under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India, petitioner has sought issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus, directing the respondents to decide representations in view of similar orders passed by the respondents vide order dated 01.05.2017 (P-5) of the same cadre and stepping up benefit being claimed with the same scheduled caste junior teacher in the cadre and further by notional pay fixation and pension revision and other retiral benefits with interest in view of orders dated 01.05.2017 (P-5 and P-6) and DB judgment, LPA judgments (Annexure P-1, P-10 and P-11) 2.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits though various representations including latest one dated 29.09.2017 (P-9) were moved to the respondents but till date neither any response has been received Sonika 2018.07.10 15:36 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh

CWP No.14466 OF 2018 --2-- nor any decision has been taken by them. He further submits that petitioner feels satisfied in case direction is issued to respondent No.1 to decide latest representation (P-9), within a stipulated period. 3.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the instant petition is disposed of with the direction to respondent No.1-Financial Commissioner and Secretary to Govt. of Haryana, Education Department, Haryana Civil Secretariat, Chandigarh to look into the grievances unfolded by the petitioner in representation dated 29.09.2017 (Annexure P-9) and to decide the same in accordance with Rules, Regulations and instructions issued by government from time to time as well as in view of similar order passed by respondents vide order dated 01.05.2017 (P-5), within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. 4.

In case, the petitioner still feels aggrieved against any of the order(s) passed by the concerned authority, she shall be at liberty to have recourse to the other remedies available under law including filing of writ petition.
