This writ petition, under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India, has been filed for issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus, directing the respondents, to allow the petitioner and her servant to enter into their agricultural land and to harvest the crop sown by them. On notice of motion, Mr. Nikhil Chopra, Additional Advocate General, Punjab, has appeared on behalf of the respondents and stated that the petitioner and her servant are cultivating the land and there is no obstruction from the respondents. It has been informed that FIR No. 245, dated 21.09.2020, is at the stage of investigation.
