It has been submitted that as of now both the parties have agreed and reached at a consensus to appoint Hon'ble Ms. Justice Sabina, Former Acting Chief Justice, Himachal Pradesh High Court as Arbitrator and that, as such, the instant petition is virtually rendered infructuous.
