Prayer made in the present petition is for quashing the selection and appointment of respondent No.5 as helper in Anganwadi as she being not resident of the said village.

Faced with the stand taken in para 9 of the counter affidavit filed on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 3 by the Child Development Project Officer, wherein it has been stated that for both villages there is a common Gram Sabha and as such, she was permanent resident of the village, which was not rebutted by filing any replication, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the petition any further.
