It is pointed out that during the pendency of this writ petition, appeal preferred by the petitioner against impugned order dated 24.03.2008, Annexure P18 stands dismissed vide order dated 13.11.2014, Annexure R2/2 alongwith the written statement filed on behalf of the respondents. In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file afresh as well as challenge order dated 13.11.2014, Annexure R2/2 whereby his appeal has been dismissed.
