G.S.SANDHAWALIA, J. (Oral) The present writ petition is directed against a show cause notice dated 11.05.2018 (Annexure P-12) whereby, personal hearing was to be granted to the petitioner on 17.05.2018.

It is always open to the petitioner to file his detailed reply before the authorities, who will, needless to say, take all these aspects while passing the order. The writ petition is apparently on the face of it premature and not maintainable.

Faced with this situation, counsel does not press the present writ petition at this stage.

Ordered accordingly.
