This is the second petition for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.99 dated 08.06.2020 registered under Sections 354A, 506 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 10 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offence Act, 2012 at Police Station Kotwali Bathinda, District Bathinda.

Custody certificate dated 07.01.2021 has been filed by the State. Same is taken on record. A copy thereof, has been supplied to the counsel for the petitioner.

After arguing for sometime, counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition. Permitted to do so. Dismissed as withdrawn.
