(Oral) The grievance of the petitioner in the instant writ petition is against non-inclusion of her name in the voter list of village Manchuri, Block Nilokheri, District Karnal. It is not in dispute that vide notification dated 08.09.2015, elections of Gram Panchayats in the State of Haryana have been announced and election process has started. At this stage, it is not expedient to command the authorities to alter the voter list. The petitioner, if so advised, may pursue her remedy before the appropriate Authority. With liberty aforementioned, the writ petition stands dismissed.
