$ $) Through this petition, petitioner seeks direction to official respondents to conduct a fair, proper, impartial and scientific investigation in case bearing FIR No.252 dated 29.06.2020 registered under Sections 376 and 506 IPC at Police Station Ferozepur Jhirka, District Nuh. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that every accused has a right to fair and impartial investigation. He further states that in the complaint moved by the complainant, a detailed enquiry was conducted by respondent No.4-Deputy Superintendent of Police, Ferozepur Jhirka, District Nuh and the allegations contained therein were found to be false. However, despite that after around three months, the above noted FIR came to be registered against the petitioner. This fact clearly shows that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. Learned State counsel states that earlier, the petitioner had filed CRM-M-32209-2020 for quashing of FIR, which was dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 12.10.2020 passed by this Court. He further states that even the complainant had also filed a petition bearing CRM-M25775-2020 for issuance of direction to the official respondents to decide her representation dated 18.08.2020. The said petition was disposed of by this Court vide order dated 02.09.2020 with the direction to the Superintendent of Police, Nuh, to decide the representation of the complainant within a period of one month.

Indisputably, vide order dated 02.09.2020 this Court has issued a direction to the Superintendent of Police, Nuh to decide the representation moved by the complainant.

In view of the above, petitioner should approach the trial Court/Illaqua Magistrate for redressal of his grievance. Disposed of accordingly.
