The petitioners herein seek the relief of anticipatory bail in the criminal case pertaining to the FIR bearing No.212 dated 02.08.2021 registered at Police Station City Muktsar, District Sri Muktsar Sahib, under Sections 353, 186, 148, 149, 379 and 506 IPC. Vide order dated 07.01.2022 passed by a Coordinate Bench, ad interim anticipatory bail was granted to the petitioners.

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties. In view of the above, without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is allowed and the order dated 07.01.2022 granting ad interim anticipatory bail to the petitioners is made absolute, subject to the conditions envisaged in Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
