The petitioner alleges that the private respondents have made encroachment in the public street by raising unauthorised construction adjoining the entry of his house. It is further alleged that despite complaint made to the Sarpanch of the Gram Panchayat, no action is being taken to remove the encroachment.

[2] Having regard to the specific allegations made by the petitioner, the Deputy Commissioner, Ambala, is directed to depute an official in the rank of BDPO or above to visit the site and take further necessary action in accordance with law. The needful shall be done within one month from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. [3] Disposed of.
