Present writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution, inter alia, for quashing of the order dated 28.02.2017 (P-1) passed by learned Central Information Commission, New Delhi in complaint No.CIC/SB/C/2015/000049.

After hearing the petitioner for some time, when this Court was not inclined to entertain present writ petition on the point of territorial jurisdiction, he submits that same be disposed off with liberty to avail the remedy in accordance with law before Hon'ble Delhi High Court.
