SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) The instant petition under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in FIR No.81 dated 20.04.2025 under Sections 110,333,115(2), 324(4), 351(2), 191(3) and 190 of BNS registered at P.S Sadar Faridkot, District Faridkot.

This Court vide order dated 23.05.2025, while issuing notice of motion, granted the concession of interim bail to the petitioners, subject to their joining the investigation.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in pursuance to the order dated 23.05.2025, the petitioners have joined the investigation. Learned State counsel, on instructions does not controvert the said fact and further submits that custodial interrogation of the petitioners is not required.

In view of the above, the order dated 23.05.2025 is made absolute. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of.
