**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) At the outset, learned State counsel submits that on a similar issue a Special Leave Petition (Civil) Diary No.10534/2023 titled as Naresh Kumar vs State of Haryana and others, is pending adjudication. Upon this, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition, with liberty to file a fresh one, after the decision of Naresh Kumar's case (supra), if any cause of action still subsisted.
