(ORAL) After the matter was heard at some length, Mr. Shireesh Gupta, Senior Deputy Advocate General, Punjab, on the basis of the instructions from the Director, Food Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs, Punjab, has made a statement that the order dated 03.05.2018 (Annexure P-9), passed by the appellate authority, impugned in this petition, shall be withdrawn within 24 hours and a fresh order would be passed after notice and opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. In view of the aforesaid statement, this petition is rendered infructuous and accordingly stands disposed of.
