(ORAL) The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C for issuance of directions to respondent Nos. 1 and 2 to enquire the matter in FIR No. 70 dated 24.01.2023 for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420 IPC registered at Police StationAmbala Cantt with a further prayer to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner at the hands of respondent Nos. 4 to 6. Learned counsel for the State submits that the final report under Section 173 already stands prepared and the same shall be presented within two weeks. He further submits that the threat perception as projected by the petitioner shall be considered and in case, required action will be taken. The aforesaid statement made by learned counsel for the State satisfies learned counsel for the petitioner.
