(ORAL) Prayer in this writ petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus against the inaction of respondents No.2 to 4 in levying deductions under the Employees Provident Fund & Miscellaneous Provisions Act in context to casual labour employed by the petitioners for performing the works in pursuance to the tender dated 31.12.2015 floated by respondent No.2. 2.
After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that he may be allowed to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to the petitioners to take recourse to the alternative remedies as available under law.
