**** HARSIMRAN SINGH SETHI , J. (ORAL) Counsel for the petitioner argues that petitioner is entitled for stepping up of his pay equivalent to one Sh. Ram Kumar Ranga, who was though junior to the petitioner, but got the promotion ahead of the petitioner on the basis of reservation.
Counsel for the petitioner further argues that keeping in view the instructions issued by the Government of Haryana, which is duly adopted by the respondent-Nigam, petitioner is entitled for stepping up of his pay equivalent to that of Sh. Ram Kumar Ranga. Counsel for the petitioner states that for the relief which has been sought in the present writ petition, the petitioner has served the respondents with a legal notice on 20.05.2019 (Annexure P-2), which is NARESH KUMAR 2019.07.23 15:31 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh
