( Through Video Conferencing ) **** HARSIMRAN SINGH SETHI , J. (ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not pressing the present petition for the grant of regular bail, at this stage, but prays that the complainant be examined as a next witness in the trial.

Learned State counsel raises no objection for the examination of the complainant as a next witness.

Though, learned counsel for the petitioner does not want to press this petition on merits, but keeping in view the facts and circumstances of this case, where it is being averred that the complainant has already compromised the issue with the petitioner, let the learned trial Court examine the complainant as a next witness as early as possible. As prayed for, present petition is disposed of having been not pressed at this stage.
