Prayer made in the present petition is for directing the respondents to issue appointment letter to the petitioner on the post of Forest Guard as he has successfully qualified the written test as well as physical standard test and walk test.

Learned counsel states that the petitioner as per his information had cleared the walk test, however, the same has been stoutingly disputed by respondents in para No. 4 of the preliminary submissions of reply by way of counter affidavit of Secretary, Subordinate Services Selection Board dated 17.09.2018 by relying upon Annexure R-2 which is the Checked Board Sheet signed by three members in view of which, he on instructions prays PARVINDER SINGH 2025.03.01 15:36 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

CWP No. 14545 of 2018 for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to avail of the remedy before the Civil Court.
