This petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS for issuance of directions to respondents No. 2 and 3 to conduct fair and transparent investigation in FIR No. 80 dated 05.05.2025 under Sections 15, 29 of NDPS Act, 1985 and Section 111 of BNS, 2023, Police Station Sadar Khanna, Police District Khanna.

It is stated in the petition that the petitioner has preferred a representation/complaint dated 10.05.2025 (Annexure P-9) to respondent Nos. 2 to 5 but no action has been taken so far. 3.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited prayer made by the petitioner, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 5- Senior Superintendent of Police, Police District Khanna, District Ludhiana to consider and decide the representation/complaint dated 10.05.2025 (Annexure P-9) of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
