The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 27.09.2024 passed by this Court in CWP-18806-2020.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that respondent has preferred Letters Patent Appeal against the order dated 27.09.2024 passed by this Court in CWP-18806-2020 by filing LPA-3606-2025, wherein learned counsel for the petitioners has made a statement that the contempt petition shall not be pressed.

In view of the above, since the respondents have preferred LPA, the present contempt petition is dismissed. Liberty is, however, granted to VIRENDRA SINGH ADHIKARI 2026.05.16 13:50 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
the petitioners to avail the remedy as is available to them, in accordance with law, after the decision of LPA-3606-2025.
