(Oral) The petitioner has filed this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus for issuance of direction to official respondents to take appropriate action against respondent No.8 and teacher of Government Model High School, Sector 25, Chandigarh as per the facts mentioned in the petition; along with certain other prayers.
In the first instance proxy counsel had appeared on behalf of petitioner and had sought adjournment. However, the request for adjournment was declined. The counsel had sought a pass-over so that the arguing counsel can come present and argue the case. Thereafter, the case has been called thrice. However, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed. 14th JULY, 2022 'raj'
