The petitioners are reported to have sent a representation to the Deputy Commissioner on 31.12.2014 against the raising of electric installations over the property which is without any scheme or application and in modification of the existing lines. The Deputy Commissioner will be the person who has jurisdictional powers under the provisions of the Telegraphs Act and the representation given by the petitioner is directed to be considered by the Deputy Commissioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and the nature of decision shall be communicated to the petitioners.
