Mr. Amit Singh Sethi, Advocate for respondents No.2 and 3 in CWP-3913-2016.
*** HARSIMRAN SINGH SETHI , J. (ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner argues that the question of law raised in the present writ petitions has already been considered by this Court while deciding the CWP-7180-2015 titled as 'Usha Rani Vs. State of Punjab and others', on 07.11.2019 and therefore, the present writ NARESH KUMAR 2020.02.12 11:01 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh
CWP-1986-2016 and -2CWP-3913-2016 petitions be also disposed of in the same terms. Learned counsels appearing on behalf of the respondents very fairly concedes that the claim of the petitioner is covered by a decision of this Court in Usha Rani's case (supra) and the respondents have no objection in case the present writ petitions are also disposed of in the same terms.
Keeping in view the above, present writ petitions are allowed in terms of Usha Rani's case (supra).
