*** Daya Chaudhary, J. (Oral) At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the appeal filed by the petitioner is pending since 2010 and no order has been passed so far. The petitioner would be satisfied in case, directions are issued by this Court to decide the pending appeal within some stipulated period.

Keeping in view the limited prayer of the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 to decide the pending appeal, if not decided, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

Disposed of accordingly.
